The TEA-CHA’s PET is a specially made filter with an extremely fine stainless steel mesh filter. It has been designed so that all the boiling water will pass through the tea and none spill out through the sides without making proper contact with the tea.
It has been specially designed to fit over very wide cups, mugs, tea pots and takeaway containers. Just make the concentrate and pour boiling water, frothed milk or iced water to make your desired drink – the whole operation should take less than a minute.
The large measure will contain around 10 gms of tea and the small one around four grams. Four grams is sufficient for one or two cups depending on your taste requirements.
To clean, simply tip the exhausted tea out and wash under the tap. If you are worried about flavour migration from flavoured teas wash under the hot water tap.
