TEA-CHA GREEN TEA
Green tea is the favourite tea of over a billion people in China, Taiwan and Japan. There are good grades and definitely enjoy some more than others but I have never been into teas with fancy names and exotic origins at very fancy prices. While these teas show their particular flavours and delicate aromas, they are only appreciated by those with a lot of time on their hands. For most people tea is a very pleasant habit – a drink to pass time away while we enjoy the company of family and friends. It fills the role of being a time to pause alone and at can also be the lubrication for a social occasion. If it can be accepted that the tea itself not the prime reason for the occasion but a catalyst to bring about the occasion, then we need to be able to make the tea quickly with a pleasant result.

The traditional green tea is evaluated by its name, its origin, the shape of the leaves and how they unfurl in the cup giving us visual pleasure as the tea brews. For those who want to evaluate the tea by the experience in the mouth, TEA-CHA brewed green tea gives another dimension to enjoying tea. It is fast and produces a very recognisable green tea flavour.

It is very difficult if not almost possible to get very small leaf green tea – the Chinese traditionally make a large leaf tea and see little need to make the tea into small grades except for teabag tea. Their whole tea culture is bound up with brewing tea in little pots, keeping the water hot and pouring tiny cups and a host of other practices.

The TEA-CHA process can make green tea concentrate which can be used exactly the same as black tea to make GREEN TEA CUPPACCINOS, COOLCHA GREEN TEA, a cup of green ea or a pot of green tea.

Small leaf green tea is in the process of being sourced. When it becomes available, it shall be added to the product list.
