Place the TEA-CHA’S PET on the teapot. For a large teapot take the large measure of tea and put it in the TEA-CHA’S PET – pour boiling water slowly over the tea – the idea is to take around thirty seconds to get the concentrate – pour the balance of boiling water over the concentrate and you have four cups of really hot tea.

You can use the same process to make a thermos of tea. Because there are no leaves in the brewed tea, it will not get bitter.
