Create the perfect tea
Cup of tea
A TEA-CHA cup of tea is very simple and full of flavour. Adjust the amount of tea you want to use, pour over the boiling water and in less than thirty seconds the concentrate will be in the cup. Fill the cup or mug with boiling water. The TEA-CHA process is ideal for making hot tea directly into an insulated mug or vacuum flask.
Pot of tea
A pot of tea is equally simple – place the TEA-CHA’s PET on the tea pot, make the concentrate and fill with hop water. The tea is ready in less than a minute.
Place the TEA-CHA’S PET on the teapot. For a large teapot use 4 teaspoons of tea and put it in the TEA-CHA’S PET – pour boiling water slowly over the tea – the idea is to take around thirty seconds to get the concentrate – pour the balance of boiling water directly over the concentrate and you have four cups of really hot tea.
You can use the same process to make a thermos of tea. Because there are no leaves in the brewed tea, it will not get bitter.Cuppatino
The Cuppatino® is the equivalent of a coffee cappuccino. The tea concentrate is used in place of the coffee concentrate or the espresso and hot frothed milk added. The flavour of the tea concentrate will come through the milk – use the milk sparingly and serve in a glass espresso cup and serve with sugar if you want something sweet.
Coolcha
The TEA-CHA iced tea is the COOLCHA. It is easy to make – just take iced water from the refrigerator and add to the concentrate. Add an ice block for effect and a slice of lemon with sweetener to make a most refreshing drink. It should take less than a minute to make. In a bottle of iced tea you will get as mush as eleven teaspoons of sugar. Additionally the TEA-CHA COOLCHA will have more antioxidants. COOLCHA is the ideal way to lose weight – no calories unless you add sugar instead of low calorie sweetener.
You can use cold milk to make a milk COOLCHA. Very refreshing and delicious.
‘Though not many brands tell you the amount of antioxidants they contain, LIPTON Ice Tea Green (made from tea extract) says on the label that it contains 170mg of flavonoids per 500ml bottle - much less than the amount you'd get from the same quantity of freshly brewed green tea (about 700mg). And POKKA Green Tea Sweet Jasmine says it contains 125mg of catechins (a class of flavonoids) per 500ml bottle. Even though it's made from brewed tea, this is only about 20% of the amount of catechins in the same quantity of freshly brewed green tea.’ http://www.choice.com.au
Chai latte
Chai Latte has its origin in India where it is called masala chai. Spiced teas are boiled in water, sweetener added and hot milk and it is then heated for a few minutes. In the out-of-India market a huge amount of Chai Latte is made using powders and syrups. The ingredients include tea extracts, powdered milk, sweetener and chemicals.
TEA-CHA Chai Latte tea is based on real tea. It has no calories until you add sugar or milk – it is up to you. If you want a stronger flavour just add more tea. It is recommended to add a little frothed milk and sugar to make a delicious drink.
