TEA-CHA FOR COMMERCIAL USERS
There are many advantages for commercial users of the TEA-CHA process. The concentrate can be made by placing the TEA-CHA’s PET resting on the cup under the group of an espresso machine without the handle. If you keep the right or the left group for tea, there will be no problems with flavour migration from coffee to tea. Alternatively, wipe inside the group to remove any coffee grounds. If you keep one of the buttons for tea, then you can set it for 70-80 mils every time. You should be able to make the tea concentrate in around thirty seconds. Alternatively you can use the hot water outlet from the machine and use a small measuring jug to pour the water or estimate the amount of water required.

The commercial advantages are many. The customer who is served tea bags does not like paying for something they know costs so little and that they can make at home. You can serve a hot cup or mug of tea which will be good and strong. The customer does not have to sit around waiting for the tea to be brewed – this means faster turn around of customers. I am very confident that the customer wants a cup of tea made from real tea and not tea bags. You can control the strength by increasing or decreasing the quantity of tea. You do not need tea pots and time to clean out the leaves. Using only cups means less time washing up.

The TEA-CHA’S PET has a large diameter to sit straight on a wide lipped cup or directly onto a large glass to make iced tea. If you make CUPPATINOS you are able to sprinkle spices over the froth.

Commercial users should note that the TEA-CHA process is patented and may be used under license. Your supplier will take care of the details.
